Return & Refund Policy

At SukkahSink.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund terms carefully.

7-Day Return Policy

All returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

To request a return, email sukkahsink@gmail.com. You will receive an email with a QR code and instructions showing where to scan and drop off the returned item.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and confirmed as returned, we will issue your refund to the original payment card within 2 days.

Please note that, after we issue the refund, it may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Sukkos Return Deadline

No refunds or returns will be accepted on or after Sukkos, September 25, even if the purchase is otherwise still within the 7-day return period.

Right to Deny Returns

SukkahSink.com reserves the right to deny any return for any reason, or for no reason, at its sole discretion.
